- Simplified report parameters
With this improvement, some of the report parameters are removed to simplify the report.

Program & Educational Experience Category are removed in case the Assessment Type is selected as “CLO Assessment”.

Program & Educational Experience Category and the Outcome Set parameters are removed in case the Assessment Type is selected as “Both”.
Since the outcome set selection is removed, the “outcome” menu will not populate higher-level outcomes anymore, it will list only the CLOs.

The “aggregate terms” option is moved under the term parameter for all assessment types.

The checkbox, “Hide PLOs and aggregate results by CLOs” is moved to under the outcomes drop-down menu.

With this improvement, the program assessment results can be aggregated by linked PLO using the “Hide PLOs and aggregate results by CLOs” option of the PLO/CLO Direct Assessment Results. - Cross-Listed Sections
The number of students across the linked/cross listed sections now displays in this report as a sum when multiple linked/cross-listed sections are included per the selected parameters.

With this improvement, the proficiency scale values can be copied when assignment linking values are copied using the assignment linking manager. - Course Sections -Assessment Results

The course section survey aggregate results page now shows both parent and linked sections results for the cross-listed sections when they have different subject codes. - Assignments with Zero Max Score - Assessment Results
With this fix, the users receive a message indicating assignments with a max score of 0 (zero) are invalid and that the user should refer back to their LMS assignment to correct the max score. Note that this applies to assignments

- New notification options are now available within data collections triggered by form submission. The default value of this setting is false, it can be enabled for each action through the data collection workflow flow configuration page.

- New roles - “Graduate College Admin” ,“Graduate College Committee”,“Graduate College Academic Liaison” and “Graduate Dean” are now available to assign to users. These users have access to “Reports Dashboard, Data Collection, and Data Collection Schedule menu items and Available Forms, Document Requests, and My Data Collection Forms home page widgets based on the college the role is assigned within.

"No Answer" options are no longer included in statistical calculations in survey results reports: average, median, mode, std deviation, and variance. - Survey Metric Results - Department Aggregate
When Survey instance results reports were aggregated at the department level, an issue caused the Survey Metrics/Department Results Aggregate from displaying the correct results. This issue is resolved and accurate department aggregate results display.

Now when the "Aggregate Type" parameter filter is changed by a user on this report, the additional parameter options on the report update to display parameters appropriate to that assessment type. - CLO Options on Outcomes Menu
Now, an issue preventing all relevant CLOs from display on the outcomes menu when Both or CLO Assessment "Aggregate Type" parameter filters are chosen. - Results for parent linked/crosslisted with 0 enrollment
Now, the results can be seen for all of the children when parent sections with 0 student enrollments are included in the results report.

- Now, when an LMS assignment has an invalid maximum score, an error message appears on the AEFIS side letting the user know on the individual assessment results page.

The issue causing an error when trying to click on your own profile at the top right of the AEFIS dashboard is now resolved. You may now access your profile through this link without issue. - Student Course Evaluations by Instructor Report
With this fix, survey schedule options will load once the term is selected. Previously, all other parameters had to be selected to populate the survey schedule selection options. - Section Assignment Linking
- Hierarchy Issue: Now when course section assignments are linked to outcome at a higher level in the hierarchy (Department/Division, College/Unit, Institution, Accreditor) the assignment linking page in the section allows the faculty assigned to the section to add additional links. Previously the relationship to the higher level of the institutional hierarchy prevented the instructor from accessing the linking page.
- Invalid Assignment Copy: Assignments copied from a previous term that are now invalid due to no longer matching a source LMS assignment are no longer available to link to outcomes.

When parameters were set to filter results at the instructor level for a single instructor , non-instructor specific questions displayed different results than when that same section was was aggregated at the section level. Selecting College/Administrative Unit and/or Department/Administrative Division options generated an error message that stated "CollegeID/DepartmentID does not exist" that is now resolved. - Section Syllabi Zip Export
Zip file exports of section syllabi now generate and download as expected. - Self Study Evidence/Related Documentation Page
- Preview Issue: Users no longer experience error messages when previewing documents in the Self Study preview or evidence bank preview.
- Filter Issue: Evidence can be filtered by Accreditor standards as expected.
- Proficiency Scale - Display + Save issues
- Scale Order: Proficiency scales in assignment linking pages were not displaying in the correct ascending order. This issue is now resolved and displays as expected.
- Institutional Hierarchy Proficiency Scale reverting to Default Settings: Proficiency scale settings in the Institution/College/Department/Program/Course hierarchy were reverting to the default settings after save. This error is now resolved and they may be saved as expected.
- Assignment Scoring Template
Loading assignment templates to sections that are cross-listed on the LMS side caused an error on the AEFIS side. This error is now resolved. - Faculty Portfolio - Institution Admin Role Access
An issue preventing users with the Institution Admin role from accessing and viewing faculty portfolio records is resolved.
