• LMS Assignment Conversion now in Assignment Linking Manager
  Admin now have the option to select assignments within the Assignment Linking Manager to convert into AEFIS Managed Assignments, to allow the assessment of those assignments directly in AEFIS with AEFIS managed rubrics.  For more information on this improvement, please see the following guides:

• Survey Instance - Assigned Courses Page Improvement
  Section statuses now update the Assigned Courses page view within a Survey instance.  When a section of a course included in an In Progress survey is reverted to Faculty Pending  or Approval Pending status, the section will no longer be available in the Assigned Courses manager page in your survey.  Once the section is published, it will appear in the Assigned Courses page again.  NOTE: if you revert a section, it must be reassigned to the survey when it is published again, if the survey is In Progress.
  
  
• Institution Type Data Collections now support both Academic Year and Term Schedules
  Data Collection forms which action at the Institution level now support the option to operate on an academic year or term based schedule.  Previously they could only be run continuously without those time constraints.
  
  
• LMS Integration - New option for calculating overall assignment score
  A new setting is now available at the Institution/College/Department level to determine how to handle cases where LMS assignment rubric criteria is linked to an outcome, but the students are not scored on the rubric criterion and instead just provided a final score. 
  If togged ON, if no rubric criterion scores are entered in your LMS, but a final score is added, then AEFIS will just look at the total points achieved on the assignment to assess the student outcome achievement on the assignment across all linked outcomes.  If toggled OFF, AEFIS will not submit the final scores in cases where the assignment rubrics are linked to outcomes, but only a final score exists in the LMS.  The default setting for this is OFF, as in most cases users who link rubric criterion to outcomes in AEFIS want to collected the specific criterion to outcome relationship data, not an overall assignment score.
  
  
• User Roles - User Role Delegation Option
  You may now add another AEFIS user as a role delegate through your account profile.  This can be used when you have administrative support who will act on your behalf in AEFIS to complete tasks.  This delegation can be created with a set expiration date, and can be revoked at any time.
  
  
• Course Evaluation Analysis Report - New parameters and export options
  Major improvements/additions to the report parameters including:
  • Instructor Type Option added (Choose between Course Section Director, Instructor, Teaching Assistant)
  • Survey Type Option Added: Student Course Evaluation, Instructor Course Evaluation, General Course Evaluation
  • Survey renamed Survey Schedule, and UI improved for selection of survey schedule
    
    
    
• Reporting - User Accounts Report
  Student role is removed from the report, as that is role that is exclusively assigned through your student information system integration.  This cuts down on processing time and noise in results.
  
  
• Reporting - Data Collection Status Report
  Report results column changes are made with this release:
  • "Last Updated Date" is now "Last Content Change"
  • "Submitted Date: is now "Last submitted"
  • College and Department columns are now available

• Reporting - Data Collection Details Audit
  Checkbox indicating completed forms only is now available and toggled on by default.
  
• Reporting - Assignment Analysis Report and Assignment Analysis Results Report
  
  • "Linked CLO" column added - indicates whether a CLO is mapped to a higher level outcome
  • Mapped and Related Outcomes fields added to display indirect outcome relationships
    

Bug Fixes

• Reporting - Assessment Reports with Developmental Level Parameter
  On reports that offer the Developmental Level parameter, no data displays in the  Developmental Level drop down list if a Program is not already selected
  
  
• Reporting - Public Survey Results URL Issue
  The course level unique link for public survey results was displaying an error, and that is now resolved and those results may be accessed by this link as expected.
  
  
• Reporting - PLO/CLO Direct Assessment Analysis Report Bug Fixes
  The outcomes drop down parameter is fixed so that it resets once the "Assessment Type" parameter is changed between PLO Assessment and CLO Assessment.
  
  
• Reporting - Student Course Evaluations by Instructor
  A bug causing blank fields to display in the results where data should exist is now resolved.
  
  
• Reporting - Course Evaluation Analysis Report
  The "Export All" option on the this report is now fixed and will pull the results based on the parameter filters, and export all selected results.
  
  
• Reporting - Assessment Data Analysis Report (Data Collections)
  An error that occurred when relational data items are included in data collections selected in the parameters to generate this report are now resolved.
  
  
• Survey Participants Page - Deleted course sections no longer displayed in Survey Participants Page
  When course sections are deleted from your daily imports, or when course sections are reverted to Faculty Pending status, they will no longer display in the Assigned Courses page in the Survey and the Survey Participants page.
  
  
• Data Collection - Course Section based Data Collection issues resolved
  
  • Survey Results display error for sections with multiple instructors resolved
  •  Data Collection assignment manager page no longer displays an error when the user attempts to open a specific section through a link on that assignment page
• Course Section Learning Outcomes Report - Order of CLOs
  Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) are now displayed in order on this report.  This resolved an issue where they were displayed in random order previously.
• Surveys - Department values in Aggregate Report page in Survey Results
  An issue causing a minor discrepancy on the Department aggregate results on the survey results page is now resolved.
• Programs - Error on Outcomes Export Resolved
  An error message triggered by exporting a PDF of outcome sets in Programs will no longer trigger, and the outcomes may be exported as expected.
• Assessments - Assigned Courses Page Export
  A pagination issue that prevented export of more than the first 15 rows in the assigned courses page of assessments is now resolved.
