Improvements
- Reporting - Outcome Assessment Summary Report
With this improvement, there is now an option to select an outcome set and then aggregate by level - Institution, College/Administrative Unit, Department/Administrative Division or Program. - Courses - Course Schedule Import Now Available
It is now possible to import course schedule information in bulk using an excel import on the Course Section Manager page. This feature is available for Institution Admins only at this time. Previously, each schedule had to be managed directly in the section, rather than imported in bulk. Note: the course schedule feature is not enabled by default in AEFIS, so for more information on this feature, please contact your Client Success Manager. - Reporting - Curriculum Map Report
The PDF export of this report now includes all fields and results. Previously, not all results from this report were included in the PDF export. - Reporting - Data Collection Detail Audit
Course Coordinator roles may now access this report if there is a Course level assessment data collection available. New parameters are now available in this report, including:- Outcome: Allows the user to filter responses by by evaluated outcomes, in the case of an assessment-related data collection
- Form Section: Display results only by a specific section of the data collection
- Blank Data: Determine whether to include blank form sections/results in the report output
- Reporting - Data Collection Form Status Report
With this improvement:- College/Department Liaison roles may now run this report, in addition to College/Department Admins
- Department filter is now available in the report parameters:
- Previous form owner/current form owner field display issues are corrected
- Current Step/Previous Step and then Next Task are now displayed in hierarchical order

Syllabus - Bulk Course Section Syllabus Download Improvement
When syllabi are bulk downloaded from the course section manager page, the syllabus names in the exported zip file reflect the course section subject, course number, section and term in a clear format compared to the previous naming schema.
Resolved Bugs
- Reporting - Survey Reports
An issue that allowed users with the Department Admin roles to see results on survey reports for instructors that are not teaching sections within their department is now resolved. - Assignment Linking Manager - Copy Process Issue Resolved
Previously, when trying to use the manager to replace an existing assignment link, a second assignment link would be created, instead of replacing the original linking relationship. - Surveys - Roll up Question Editing
With this fix, course section level survey questions can no longer be added once survey forms are generated for that type of survey for that course section. They can only be added or changed for surveys types that have not started or completed. You will not be able to check off the survey type (Start of Term, Middle of Term, End of Term) if that type of survey is already in-progress.
