AACSB Intellectual Contributions Summary Report (2013)

Description:  This report replicates the faculty table required for reporting under the 2013 AACSB standards.

Your faculty must enter these Intellectual Contribution fields into their faculty portfolio to populate the report.

Applicable to: Institution, College and Department Admin

Accessing the Report

1. Login to AEFIS

2. Navigate to the AEFIS Homepage Reports widget

3. Scroll to Faculty Portfolio Reports

4. Select the AACSB Intellectual Contributions Summary Report blue pencil icon to load the report

5. The Report home page will load

Running the Report

1. Select the college(s) you would like to query

2. Select the department(s) you would like to query

3. Choose the Start Year and End Year to meet your reporting year parameters

4. Determine whether you would like to include only Published intellectual contributions

5. Select the level of detail

• With Detail: Will include each qualifying intellectual contribution and faculty author
• Without Detail: Will only include an aggregate in each category

6. Click Run Report
