Description: The Experience Placement solution requires that a Course or Co-Curricular Activity is tied to experiences, so this is where the process starts. You will need to identify Courses/Co-curricular activities where an experiential placement will occur. If you do not have a specific Course in your catalog for the experience, that's okay! You may create a Co-Curricular Activity directly in AEFIS for the management of that placement. If that is the case, you may use this guide to create that Activity. This guide provides instructions on enabling the Experience Placement setting in Courses/Co-Curricular Activities so you can get started!

Step by Step
Step 1. Login to AEFIS
Step 2. Click on the hamburger icon at the top left of the screen to open the main menu
Step 3. Scroll to the Educational Experiences menu section and select Courses or Co-Curricular Actvities
Step 4. When the Course/Co-Curricular Activities manager opens, use the search or filters to find the Course
Step 5. Click Manage next to the Course/Co-curricular
Step 6. Click the blue Revise button at the top right of the Course home screen
Step 7. Select Settings from the left Course/Co-curricular Menu once the In-Revision version loads
Step 8. Scroll down to Experience Placement Settings and toggle it to on and click the blue Save button
Step 9: Scroll to the top of the screen and click the Publish button to Publish your Course/Co-Curricular Activity and enable Experience Placement
