New Features

• NEW! Course Designer Role (College, Department, and Course)

  • This new AEFIS role has the following capabilities:

    • Ability to add/edit/delete Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

    • Ability to edit syllabus content within Course Sections

    • Ability to view LMS Assignments and create AEFIS Assignments

    • Ability to link LMS or AEFIS Assignments to Outcomes within a Course Section

    • Ability to view Course Section Assessment Data

Improvements

• Ability to Delete Co-Curricular Sections in Draft, Faculty Pending, or Approval Pending Status

  • Previously, users were unable to delete Co-Curricular Sections. With this new improvement, we added a “delete” button in the Action Items Menu.

    

• Print Export Updated for Assignment Outcome Linking Result Report and Institution and Program Outcome Alignment Reports

  • The Print Export was updated so that all data would fit on the page and no data would be cut off in regards to the width of the page.

Resolved Bugs

• Child Linked Course Section (Cross-Listed) Assessment Data Page Resolved

  • If a user was trying to view the Child Linked Course Section Assessment Data, the page was not loading with the aggregate data. This bug has now been resolved and as a result, assessment data are available in both the Parent Linked Course Section and Child Linked Course Section.

• Duplicate Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs) and College Learning Outcome (ColLO)s displaying while creating outcome relationships

  • Thank you for your feedback! A partner discovered that when an Institutional Learning Outcome was related to a College Learning Outcome it would appear as if it was related twice. This has been resolved!

• Standards and Competency Mapping Report PDF Export Error

  • The PDF Export for the Standards and Competency Mapping Report has been resolved.
