Description: By default, instructors will edit their Syllabi before their Course Section can be published. However, if you would like Instructors to continue to edit their Syllabi after publishing their Course Section, this guide will explore the steps to enable the proper setting that will allow instructors to do so.

Step-by-Step...
Step 1: Log into your AEFIS account
Step 2: Select the three horizontal bars in the top left-corner to open the AEFIS Main Menu
Step 3: Navigate to Organizational Hierarchy > Institutions
Step 4: Use either the +Add a Filter or the search bar to locate the desired Institution
Step 5: Select the Manage button on the right hand side of applicable Institution
Step 6: Navigate to the Course Settings button in the panel on the left-hand side
Step 7: Locate the Course Syllabi Settings
Step 8: Toggle the “Allow Instructor to Edit the Syllabus after the Course Section is Published” setting
Step 9: Select the blue SAVE button
Once this setting has been enabled, Instructors may edit their Course Section Syllabi when the Course Section(s) is in Published Status.
