After students have completed an assignment for a course section, faculty can use the grading templates to input student scores. AEFIS will then organize and showcase aggregated information of student grades or student outcomes for assignments.

Quick Visual Overview...
Step 1: Log into your AEFIS Account
Step 2: Click the three white horizontal lines to open the AEFIS Main Menu
Step 3: Select the Course > Course Sections
Step 4: Use the + Add Filter option and search bar to locate the desired course section, for which you would like to access a grading template
Step 5: Click the "Manage" button in the same row of the corresponding course section
Step 6: Select the "Assignments" tab in the panel on the left-hand side
Step 7: Select the "Assignment Grading" drop down and click "Download Grading Template"
Step 8: Select your desired template format (Excel or CSV) and press "Next"
Step 9: Click the "Download" icon
Step 10: Open your downloaded file in Excel and enter your grades or scores for each student
*Note: Only copy and paste any data in the template without formatting the template page (paste values one). Any changes made in formatting will not import the data correctly.
Step 11: Save that file to your computer
Step 12: Select the "Assignment Grading" drop down again and select "Import Grading Template"
Step 13: Click the "Select File & Upload" icon and search for your saved filed in the pop-up window to your computer files.
Step 14: Select the "Import Data" icon > Yes, Continue and import my data and select "Finished"
Step 15: Select the "Assignment Grading" drop down and select "Export Gradebook"
Step 16: Select your desired template format (Excel or CSV) > "Next" and click the "Download" icon
If you would like to view individual student's grades, you will select the "Student Performance" tab in the panel on the left-hand side on the course section main
