This guide will walk Students through the process of submitting assignments within the AEFIS platform.
Uploading Your Assignments
You can locate all of your active Assignments from the initial AEFIS login page.
You can access your active Assignments from the Action Items sidebar. Click the blue pencil icon to the right of the course to access the Assignment.
As an alternative, you can locate the My Assignments panel - all of your active Assignments will be listed here.
In order to access individual Assignments, click on the blue pencil icon to the right of the Assignment.
Once that button has been selected, you should see a new panel. This is the main Assignment panel.
In the top half of this panel, you’ll find more information on the Assignment in question, including the title of the Assignment, a description of the Assignment, the active timeframe for the Assignment and the maximum possible grade.
In the bottom half of this panel, you’ll find the editable portion of the main Assignment panel. This is where you’ll enter your information to complete the Assignment. Under the Add a Note section, you can add text to provide a bit more information on the attachment you’ll be uploading to complete the Assignment.
Under the Add a Note section, you’ll find the area where you can submit an attachment for the Assignment. Click anywhere in the blue outlined section to upload a file directly from your device.
Once you’ve uploaded your file, you’ll see two options at the bottom of this panel. The first option allows you to save any progress you’ve made, and submit the completed Assignment at a later date.
If you’re satisfied that you’ve completed the Assignment to the best of your abilities, you can choose the second option, and submit your completed Assignment to be graded by your professor.
After you’ve selected the option to submit your Assignment, a pop-up will display asking you to confirm your Submission:
