Course Section Enrollment Audit
For Course Sections where multiple Instructors exist, the Course Section Enrollment Audit will display all applicable Course Section Instructors.
Course Evaluation Analysis Report
When exporting survey results, export options have been expanded to enable the exclusion of text responses in the export.
When selected, the export will not include text/memo question types and their responses. In the image below, the text response is included in the export (1); when export without text responses, the text response will not display in the export (2).
Courses
When publishing a Course where previous versions of the Course have running Data Collection forms, the logic for how the forms are updated can be determined via the Data Collection step of the Publish Course pop-up.
Data Collection
Data collection form behavior has been enhanced to list workflow actions in alphabetical order based on the action name.
Non-Term Based Co-Curriculars
When non-term based co-curriculars are present in Program Curriculum Mapping, a Program Assessment can be created for them. Term can be defined as "none" and the Scoring Start Date/Due Date fields will auto fill based on the start of the earliest non-term based co-curricular and end date of the last non-term based co-curricular.
Strategic Planning
Versioning functionality for Strategic Plan Objectives has been added via the Actions menu of the Objective Set Homepage.

- The College Admin (read-only) and Department Admin (read-only) user roles have been updated to enable read only access when viewing Co-Curricular Section Homepage > Assignment Linking.
- The Institution Admin (read only) role has been updated to disabled the ability to delete documents via the Document Manager.

The Strategic Plan Coordinator role has been removed due to non-usage and/or non-functionality. Pre-existing Strategic Plan Coordinator roles have been migrated to the Strategic Plan Chair role.
