Assignment Linking
Notifications
A new notification type has been added to Institution, College, and Department Course Settings to enable Program Coordinators to receive a notification after the platform copies assignment linkings from the previous term. This notification will assist Program Coordinators who complete the linking on behalf of their Instructors to fix any broken assignment links. To support this new notification, a new Dynamic Text variable has been created that will list out the Course Sections with a count of broken assignment links.
Example:
Course: BIO 101
Dynamic Text Variable: {{Course Sections Broken Links}}
Dynamic Text Output: BIO 101 001
In this example, the Dynamic Text output displays that the Course Section BIO 101 contains one (1) broken assignment link. For ease of access, the Course Section Subject Code will hyperlink to the Assignment Linking page.
