Aggregated CLO Assessment Page Improved!

The description of CLOs is now available under the CLO code.
The assessment details are visible using the Show/Hide Details button.
The addition of the “Scroll to Top” button makes going to the top of the page easier and quicker.

Student-Preceptor Assignment Process is Updated!

When adding a Preceptor (external user) within a course section, you can now include their First Name and Last Name. This is optional and the email address is ONLY required.

Preceptors are able to be assigned to students before they activate their account.

Type, owner, and degree type of an outcome space can not be changed once it is published

The type, owner, and degree type of an outcome space can not be changed if the status is “in-revision” or “published.”

Alphanumeric Code Support for Administrative Divisions

Assessment Cycle is removed

The Assessment Cycle is no longer in use. Assessments will roll over every term automatically.

Changes in instructor assignment to students will impact practicum forms

The practicum form will now be created automatically for recently assigned/registered instructors to students.
The practicum forms will also be deleted once the instructor is unassigned from the student or the instructor is deleted from the section.

Improvements for Curriculum Map report

Users are able to see all “Versions” of the program with “Updated Date” on the curriculum map report.

Non-Academic Units can be added to Surveys!

With this improvement, Administrative Units and Divisions can be included in survey schedules.

Order of Survey Roll-up Placeholder Questions is Reversed on Survey Forms

With this improvement, roll-up placeholder questions on Survey Forms will be displayed according to the hierarchical order (Institution, College, Department, Course, Course Section).

Resolved Bugs

Information Bar is removed from Syllabus Exports
- The information bar about the syllabus template has been removed from the exported PDF file.

The academic year field shows the correct data on the data collection details report.

Registration Link Issue has been resolved

The preceptors can now activate their accounts properly using the URL on their email.
