Improvements
- Surveys - Results by Instructor View
The survey results by instructor view - accessed by going to to he Survey Results tab in the Survey left navigation bar, and then choosing Results by Instructor from the blue "Actions" drop-down, will now display all results. Previously, this view only displayed "instructor-type" questions, and would display no information if "instructor-type" questions were not used in the survey.
Choose Results by Instructor from the Action drop down:
Then you will see the full result set available by instructor: - Data Collections - Faculty Form Improvement
Faculty-type data collections now include the Category header as a subtitle for each faculty activity such as Teaching and Advising, Directed Student Learning, Community Service Engagement, and others so that there is greater transparency into the individual activities. - Faculty Portfolio
- Intellectual Contributions - Engaged Research
The Engaged Research field was removed from all faculty portfolio Intellectual Contribution sections and categories. - Peer Review Categories
A "Review Type" drop down field is now included for all parent categories in the Intellectual Contributions area of the portfolio.

- Faculty Portfolio Audit Report
An issue preventing the parameter filters from filtering results properly is now resolved. - Co-Curricular Sections
Users may not select archived Co-Curricular Activities as the parent of the section when creating a new Co-Curricular section. The archived Co-Curricular Activities will not display as an option in the section creation wizard. - Data Collection Detail Audit Report
Permission to run this report are restored to users with the Program Coordinator role for their associated programs. - Survey Roll-Up Questions - Apply to In-Progress Surveys
Questions saved in the institutional hierarchy (Institution, College, Department, Course, Section) may be added to the survey that is in-progress if this setting is toggled on at the point of question entry: - Student Course Evaluations by Instructor Report
The error resulting from selecting "show comments" in the report parameters is now resolved when users with the Instructor role run the report. - Faculty Portfolio
Now when faculty members or their proxies publish their portfolios, a wizard appears to alert the user of in-progress faculty review data collections utilizing the current portfolio. They user may decide whether they would like to apply the updated portfolio to that process, or leave the previous portfolio in place for that data collection. An issue generating an error message for users with the Department Survey Admin role is now resolved. - User Account Report
An issue that that caused users with Instructor to display Course Section Director roles in the report results is now resolved.
