• Assessment Reporting - Concentration field now available
  A new drop-down parameter is now available to filter based upon student concentration, if that data is provided through your data files.

• Self Study
  • Remove Feedback from Section Content
    A delete button is now available on Self Study section feedback, so it may be removed. The following user roles may delete feedback: Self Study Chair, Self Study Section Editor (only in their assigned sections), Self Study Section Approver, Self Study Liaison.
    
    
    
• Syllabus Templates
  Syllabus publish wizard now includes a setting that allows the user to push any updates to that template to any Courses or Co-curricular Activities that are in PUBLISHED status, and automatically change the Course or Co-curricular status to In-Revision.  By default, template updates used to only push to Courses or Co-curricular Activities already in in DRAFT or IN REVISION status.  Note - when applying this setting, users will still need to access each impacted course and update the syllabus at the course level (if needed) and then publish the course for the new syllabus template to apply down to related sections.
  
  
  
  
• Survey Templates - Metric Questions
  Instructor-only questions can no longer be added to a metric in the survey designer.  This is makes sure that the instructor-only question results remain separated in reporting.
  
  
• Co-Curricular Activities
  The wizard to add new Co-Curricular Activities is now updated to highlight required fields in RED.
  
  
  
• Curriculum Map Report
  With this improvement, the CLO code and the CLO description are separated into unique columns in the report output, instead of combined in one column.
  
  
• PLO/CLO Direct Assessment Analysis Report - New Fields Available in Export
  With this improvement, the report results CSV and Excel exports now include the columns Degree and #Students in Degree.
  

Bug Fixes

• Course Section Trend Analysis Report
  • Export Issues
    The bug that prevented some questions from display in the exports to CSV, Excel is resolved.  All results will export as expected.
  • Large Data Sets
    The report was failing to display larger data sets for the Department and Subject aggregate levels, and that issue is now resolved.
    
    
• Course Survey Assignment Audit Report
  The "Survey" parameter is now required to run the report, and a warning will display if nothing is selected.  Previously the report would not generate without survey selected, but there was no warning for users trying to run the report.
  
  
  
• Student Course Evaluations by Instructor Report
  The bug that prevented some questions from display in the exports to CSV, Excel is resolved.  All results will export as expected.
  
  
• Performance Indicators
  A bug that deleted performance indicators when they were un-linked from outcomes is resolved.
  
  
• Course Sections
  
  • Assessment Results
    A bug preventing from aggregated assessment results from displaying in course sections is now resolved.  This bug did not impact individual results.
  • Instructor Page
    Instructors assigned to sections with preceptor roles may now be deleted as expected.
  • Completed Terms
    A bug preventing previous course sections from displaying sections from completed terms on the Completed Terms page is now resolved.
    
    
• Course Section Learning Outcome Report
  A bug preventing the course filter from operating as expected is resolved.  Users may now set the filter parameters by multiple courses.
  
  
• User Permissions - Department and College Admin Roles
  • These roles can no longer re-activate inactive accounts.  Only Institution Admins retain this permission.
  • These roles may now assign Course Coordinator roles to users for courses included in their College or Department.
  • Department Admins may no longer login as users who have both Course Section Director AND Student roles.
    
    
• Self Study
  • Smart Content
    A bug that prevented the system from inserting smart content from the wizard is now resolved, and the content will be inserted into self study sections as expected.
    
    
• Data Collections
  • Table of Contents
    Form items in the table of contents that have no data entry fields no longer display a check mark or alert icon.
  • Task Reminder Notifications
    Reminder notifications for data collections are now sending as expected.
    
    
• Data Collection Form Status Report
  This report now displays a warning when no participants are selected from the filter parameters.
  
  
  
• Assignment Analysis Results Report
  A bug causing data to display from programs not selected in the parameters is resolved.
  
  
• Assessment Manager
  The Assessment Manager no longer displays the assessment start date as both the start date and end date in display in error.
  
  
• Course Evaluation Analysis Report
  An aggregation issue causing results to display with values higher than the maximum score in this report is now resolved.

  • Student Outcomes Editing
    A bug preventing users from editing student outcomes while Programs are in Draft status is now resolved.
    
    
• Login as user feature
  Institution Admins may now login as users with "Student" roles assigned.
  
  
• Direct Assessment Graphs Report Export to CSV
  An issue that populated CSV exports of this report with html is resolved.
  
  
• Course Section Trend Analysis Report Export to CSV
  An issue that populated CSV exports of this report with html is resolved.
