Improvements

• Student Course Evaluation by Instructor Report - Improved Parameters
  With this release, the instructor "drop down" was replaced with a search box, to allow users to easily search by faculty name, and will exclusively present the option to select oneself from the instructor search to users who only have faculty type roles (Instructor, Course Section Director) in AEFIS.
  
  
• Faculty Activity Data Collection Forms
  • Improved Date Range Filtering
    A new form item is available that allows your team to design a form which narrows the display of each faculty activity/CV item to a specific date range.  For example, you may request to display Intellectual Contributions exclusively
    
    
• Course Evaluations - Date Setting Improvement for Partial Term Results
  • Partial term survey dates are now pre-populated with the milestone dates from the partial term import. 
  • The end date of a partial term survey may not be set beyond the end date of the parent term, and that option will not even display in the date picker.
    
    
• Program Data Collection Forms
  
  • Default Recommendation Text Box Added
    In program based data collection forms, a recommendation field is now automatically populated to allow users to provide feedback on assessment results.
    
    
• Strategic Planning Data Collection Forms
  Assessment Outcome Questions, Program Outcome Questions, and Program Outcome Mapping data collection form items now allow for specific outcome set selection for each form item, so that the collection can focus on a specific outcome set - for example just the Institution Outcomes.

Bug Fixes

• Data Collections - Aggregate Assessment Form Rubric Order Corrected
  Assignment rubrics were displaying out of order in the aggregate assessment data collections, which is now resolved.
  
  
• Course Section Trend Analysis Report - CSV/Excel Export
  Html code was inserted into result CSV/Excel exports when at least one statistical output parameter was selected.  This error is now resolved.
  
  
• Course Settings - All Hierarchy levels - Course Performance Goal Settings
  Course Performance Goal Settings were not carrying all the way down through the hierarchy to the course/co-curricular activities when saved.  Note that the course/co-curricular activities must be in draft/in revision status to accept new settings.
  
  
• Survey Results - CSV/Excel Exports
  Department survey admins were able to export instructor-only survey questions for sections where they were never included in an instructor role. 
  
  
• Data Collection Form Status Report - Permissions Issue
  A bug that allowed users to run this report on forms that did not belong to them/their role is now resolved.
