Improvements

• Self Study - Evidence Assignments
  With this release, evidence can be assigned/unassigned directly to the self study through the related documentation page.
  
  
• Self Study - Document Preview
  With this release, the document preview button will only display next to sections in the data collection Content>Section area of the Self Study when the user is assigned to that section of the self study.  This button will not display for users who are not contributors to that section.
  
  
• Data Collections - Course/Course Section Form Survey Results
  With this improvement, only the survey results for the terms designated in data collection schedule the will be displayed in the data collection form. This is set for the through the data collection template.
  
  
• Data Collections - Aggregate Assessment Form Item
  The CLO proficiency scale levels now display in the Aggregate Assessment form items when included in a data collection.
  
  
  
• Data Collections - Course Section Form CLO Display
  Now, CLO descriptions and their proficiency scale are be displayed in the Course Section type data collection form.
  
  
• Data Collections - Program Form Previous Assessment Cycle Data Display Improvement
  Assessment data will now display in Program Forms based on the selected terms/academic year for the data collection.
  
  
• Data Collection Form Status Report
  This report no longer displays an error message about required fields when no data collection forms meet the filter parameters set.  Now, it will provide a more accurate message indicating that a participant must be selected in order to run the report.
  
  
• Surveys - Aggregate Results Page
  The export of results to csv and Excel on the survey results page now match the data on the graphs displayed on this page.
  
  
• Course Section Trend Analysis Report - Statistics Improvement
  A statistics multi-select drop down parameter is now available in this report with multiple options, including average, standard deviation, median and mode.
  

Bug Fixes

• Surveys - Exported Results for CLO-Type survey questions
  With this fix, editing or adding survey questions will not cause duplication issues for the question options.
  
  
• Surveys - Creating Questions at Course Section LevelWith this fix, user now can create survey questions at course section level when course already includes survey questions.
  
  
• Surveys - Partial Term Participant Notifications
  With this fix, the survey notifications will be sent to the participants once the partial term becomes in progress surveys.
  
  
• Self Study - Evidence Assignments
  The ability to assign evidence in the Related Documentation page through the edit evidence drop down within the Self Study is restored.
  
  
• Institution Hierarchy - Proficiency Scale Settings
  With this fix, if the proficiency scale settings are set from the higher levels, they can roll into the course section level properly.
  
  
• Institution Hierarchy - Lock Setting Feature
  When a hierarchy setting is in place and saved but not locked, that setting may be locked at lower levels of the hierarchy now. 
  
  
• Course Sections - Unlink Sections
  With this fix, the course sections that have linked sections can be unlinked properly.
  
  
• Course Sections - Survey Questions Creation
  An issue preventing the creation of additional course section level survey questions when questions already exist is resolved. 
  
  
• Course Sections - Individual Assessment Results Page Max Score
  When LMS assignment results are imported into AEFIS with a score assigned exceeded the maximum score set in AEFIS, a new error message will appear to correct the score and the score in excess of the maximum set will not be included in the student assessment results calculation.
  
  
• Course Sections - LMS Assignments "Requires Action" Trash Icon
  With this fix, the user can delete the selected assignments using the red trash icon without error.
  
  
  
• Course Learning Outcome and Course Section Outcome Audit Reports - CLO Ordering
  CLOs now display in these reports in the same order as they were entered in the course or course section.
  
  
• Data Collections - Form History and Actions Error
  The Next Steps area of the Form History and Actions menu on data collection forms now displays the next steps in numerical order.  This resolves an issue causing the next steps to display out of order.
  
  
  
• Department Academic Liaison User Role Permissions
  A permission issue that allowed Department Academic Liaisons to access information in other departments within their college or academic unit is resolved.  Users with this role may only access the department(s)/division(s) assigned to their role now.
  
  
• PLO/CLO Direct Assessment Report Export to CSV/Excel
  The "Enrolled" data column is now included in the export to CSV and Excel.
  
  
  
• All Survey Reports - Archived Courses
  When running a Report on a completed survey, the parameter options and results will include archived Courses if the Course was included and results exist for that survey in that term.  Previously, if archived after the survey was deployed and completed, the archived Courses would not display in the report parameters or results even though the historical related survey results data exists.
  
  
• Faculty Portfolio - Date Selection
  In the Intellectual Contributions area of the Faculty Portfolio, date type data may be entered as expected.
  
  
  
• Assignment Scoring Results Report
  A calculation issue impacting the display of the number of assignments in the report results is resolved and the correct number of assignments is displayed in the report output.
  
  
• Assignment Linking Manager - Copying Feature
  An issue preventing the matching in the Assignment Linking Manager copy feature is resolved and section data may be copied using the wizard without error now.
